Moment Snap

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Moment Snap mobile application ("Moment Snap," "the App," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms incorporate Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Where these Terms and Apple's standard EULA differ, the stricter provision protecting the user applies.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Moment Snap. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Moment Snap for your personal, non-commercial use on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by law.
Moment Snap lets you create daily entries that may include photos, drawings, handwritten notes, song information, mood tags, and your signature ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights in your User Content.
By using the App, you grant us a limited license to host, store, back up, sync, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating the App and providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your memories and we do not use your User Content for advertising or sell it to third parties.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm that you have all necessary rights to it and that it does not violate any law or the rights of others.
A core feature of Moment Snap is that each day you keep one photo, and once a day is "sealed" it can no longer be edited. You understand and accept that sealing is intentional and permanent, and that we are not responsible for content you are unable to change after sealing.
